Delivery
- All Malaysia orders will be shipped out via J&T Express.
- All Singapore orders will be shipped out via Aramex.
- Delivery will be carried out during working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekend and local public holidays.
- Ready stock orders will be shipped out within 1-2 working days upon payment verification.
- For order consists of backorder items & ready stocks, kindly note that your order will be shipped out only when all backorder item(s) has arrived. If you wish to opt for split shipping, shipping cost will be charged. Please contact our customer service team for more details.
- For international order, shipping fee paid during checkout process is not included any custom charge / import duty. Import duty and custom taxes might be charged when it reaches destination country and recipient must be responsible for it.
