Return & Exchange Policy

At Damiko, your satisfaction is our first priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience.


ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS (MALAYSIA) / 10 WORKING DAYS (OUTSIDE MALAYSIA) OF RECEIVING YOUR PURCHASE.


Dear valued customers, kindly follow the instructions below to return your purchase:

  • All returns must be sent back within 5 working days (orders within Malaysia) AND 10 working days (orders outside Malaysia) upon receiving your order & it has to be informed to our customer service. We will not allow any exchange/refund if you fail to return the item/s within the stipulated time.
  • Some items like underwear, stockings, nipple covers and sex toys cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene considerations.
  • Sales items with/without discount codes is not allowed for return or exchange. Eg: Anniversary Sales, Early Bird promotion
  • Item(s) purchase with normal price is only allowed for size exchange. All shipping fee during the procedure for size exchange will be borne by customer. 
  • Returns must be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). All items are not to be soaked. If colour runs due to this reason, item(s) is strictly not returnable.
  • We reserved the right to reject any return item(s) if it does not meet the requirements.
  • Return can only be done once per order.
  • For size exchange, store credit will be returned to your account after received your return parcel, and you can make a new purchase with the store credit we returned.
  • Cash refund is allowed only for defect parcels, out of stock and mis-shipment.
  • Return parcel for defects, out of stock and mis-shipment will be borne by Damiko & tracking number has to be informed to our customer service.
  • Customer is responsible for the item(s) until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.


DEFECT

We try our best to provide accurate information in our product description for the purchase through website. However, we do not warrant that product description or other content on the website are accurate or error free.

Product might vary slightly from the pictures due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration and different tech device specifications. Please kindly allow 20-30% of this colour variance. Request for return as defect item due to this reason will be rejected.

Minor variation in measurement (1-3cm) is not considered as defect.

Minor imperfection (small black dots/small stain/loose thread below 1cm) which are not obvious and doesn’t affect the whole appearance of item will not considered as defect.
