Do you accept returns and defective items?

DAMIKO provides return for all items, except Sale items (eg : Mother's day codes, Xmas codes and other special codes) and specifically stated non-returnable items. Returns can only made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.

ATTENTION : Some items like sex toys, underwear, stockings and nipple covers cannot be returned due to hygiene considerations.  

How do I return unsatisfactory item(s) and defective items?

1. Sample of template email for RETURN.

3. Return your items to the address shown below:

*All items must be shipped back within 5 working days upon item received.
*Please note that return parcels may take up to 3 working days to be processed. 

I found a defect on my item but I've already washed it. What should I do?

We're unable to accept your return as it had been washed. Please check your item upon received.

I would like to request a refund in cash (in any condition).

We apologize that we are unable to provide any refunds in cash.

The size doesn't fit me. Can I change it to other size?

Yes. Exchange due to this reason will be charged a processing fee. We will return you in Store Credit after received your return parcel. All you need is just purchase an item(s) for the size that you want by using the Store Credit we returned. 

The color look different from the website.

Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchange due to this reason will be charged a processing fee.

DAMIKO will send a brand new exact piece to buyer once the defective / incorrect item is received.
