Return & Exhange Policy
All returns must fulfill our Return T&Cs below:-
- Item(s) purchased on sale or with a promotional discount is not accepted for return/exchange.
- All item(s) must be returned in the original condition unaltered, unworn and unwashed.
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange must be mailed back to us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
- Customer will need to bare for the postage fee for returning item(s).
- DAMIKO is not responsible for returned parcels until they arrive at our store. Please retain the postage receipt and tracking number as proof of return.
- All return/exchange requests will be processed within 3 working days upon receipt of returned items.
